This Zumirez Drive property is an energy-efficient LEED Certified home located on the highly sought after Point Dume in Malibu. The project was a custom build designed to be a tropical oasis hidden a few steps away from the beaches of Point Dume. Our collaboration with the homeowner resulted in one of the most energy efficient homes in the United States and earned the coveted Platinum LEED Certification. We took extra care throughout the design process to maximize energy efficiency and to ensure the property’s footprint would minimally effect the surrounding environment. We’re grateful that we had the opportunity to design and craft a gorgeous home while preserving Malibu’s natural beauty.
