The Morning View Drive Property is a traditional Malibu design and build located across from the famous Zuma Beach. Our builders and designers collaborated with the homeowner to restore this beautiful home to its original Malibu charm. Our contractors installed a rainwater harvesting system, which allows the homeowner to use reclaimed water for all of their landscape and irrigation needs. Our favorite design features include the studio balcony that has a 280 degree view of the property and Zuma Beach and the high placement of the custom windows in the studio that showcase the view of the tree tops and Pacific Ocean.
