This beach-style home was featured in Kathryn Ireland’s book Timeless Interiors and has been praised for being “small in plan but big on space, as tall bi-folding doors in the living areas create the ultimate indoor-outdoor relationship.” Our team’s craftsmanship is on display throughout the home–custom milled open beam ceilings and hand carved old world planks highlight the ceilings and floors. Our builders’ used environmentally friendly building materials and technology on the home’s interior and exterior. We had the opportunity to partner with the clients as well as famous Malibu architect, Doug Burdge on this gorgeous Malibu Beach Style home.
