Nestled on the cove north of County Line in Malibu, the Pacific Coast Highway Property is a renovation. We collaborated with the client to creatively make the most of a small footprint. Our carpenters artfully milled a custom staircase that uses a limited amount of space while creating a more open design in the kitchen and living room. Our team continued to maximize the space by designing and crafting retractable solid Clear Douglas Fir doors that separate the upstairs bedroom and living room, but can easily be opened to accommodate more people and create an open design between the bedroom and living room. The new design of the home allowed for the property to accommodate four more people.
