The fireplace and chimney were restored to their original form.
The 11th & Montana Property was a restoration of a 1929 home located in Santa Monica. This was a complete remodel and included adding a second floor to the home. The restoration included milling exterior siding to match the original 1929 siding as well as restoring the fireplace and chimney to their original form. We had a plaster created to match the original plaster that was used when the home was built, and handmade corbels, moldings, and trims to match the vintage 1920s style.
