The Seal Level Drive Property was a renovation of a Cape Cod style home on Broad Beach in Malibu. The home’s design is unique for the area so our goal was to emphasize the beach cottage style. We strategically selected elements to refurbish which gives the house a vintage feel and honors the period in which it was built.
